In a heartbreaker Hueytown loses their opening home game to North Jefferson Middle School.
Hueytown trailed by 1 after 12 long innings. The girls had runners at 2nd and 3rd when NJM School's 2nd baseman made a game saving catch to beat Hueytown 2-1.
Hueytown was rained out of their opener against Bumpus and has their second game schedule at Pleasant Grove on Thursday at 4:30.
